What you need to know

Before getting a Tattoo...

The most important things you need to know before getting a tattoo

A make-up tattoo is only a superficial micro-injury, but it takes energy for the body to heal just as much as a minor cold, an accident, herpes, etc.

That’s why, to help you better understand my tattoo protocol and above all, to make you feel safe with me, I’ve put together the most important things to know for the moment you want to book an appointment for a tattoo.

What you should consider

Before getting a tattoo

If you're feeling unwell

have a lurking feeling, have the flu or a fever, make sure you get some rest first.- If you've developed herpes, which can be triggered by the excitement of the unknown, wait for it to go away.

If you've had any recent surgery

If you've had any surgery in the last three months, or if you're planning any surgery in the next three months, recover from it or get over it first.

If you are undergoing medical aesthetic treatments

such as Botox/hyaluronic treatment, no other treatment is recommended for two weeks before and after injections. The two weeks rest before and after vaccination also applies.

If you have already started your autumn and winter peel treatments

you should finish them first. By renewing your skin, your tattoo will also be more effective.

If you're on blood thinners

but have been wanting a make-up tattoo for a long time, be sure to consult your doctor. On his or her advice, you can stop taking the medicine for a few weeks, so there's no reason why you can't get a tattoo during this period.

If you have severe allergy symptoms to pollen

at any time of the year, wait until they have subsided completely, or at least until they have subsided enough that you can lie down for a few hours without coughing, blowing your nose or sneezing.

If you're going through a more stressful period

at work and/or in your personal life, be patient and wait a few weeks for things to calm down. While it may be that once everything around you calms down, you may not think it's so important to get a tattoo.

If you're looking to get a tattoo just before your holiday

calculate at least 2-3 weeks before your trip.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

give in to this time, this feeling. Once you've stopped breastfeeding, your hormone balance will be sorted out, so you can't harm the baby and the tattoo will look amazing.

The most important thing is your health and I like to keep that in mind.
The beauty session can only come after that 🙂
